Calling all girls in grades K-5!
National Women in Agriculture Association is hosting its first Arts + Agriculture Spring Break Camp, Monday, April 14- Friday, April 18, 2025.
Each day from 7:30am - 5:30pm girls in grades K-5 are invited to participate in a week long spring break experience, integrating nature, food, farming and creative expression.
Cost per student is $225; no student will be turned away due to financial hardship.
Registration Details:
- Registration is $25 per student.
- Elementary girls in grades (K-5)
- Monday, April 14- Friday, April 18, 2025; 7:30am - 5:30pm
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made in writing to [email protected] at least two weeks before your program start date will receive a refund minus a $60 cancellation fee (per camper).
Cancellations made within two weeks of the program start date are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Additional Camp Information
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each day, campers engage in hands-on, play-based learning enrichment in activity rooms, and active outdoor play (weather permitting).
- K-5 campers will take a local field trip (TBD) one day of the week. Permission slips with additional details will be distributed to all parents.
- All campers will eat breakfast, lunch & snacks during camp.
- Campers should attend in clothes meant for active, hands-on and sometimes messy play.
WHAT TO BRING
- Water bottle labeled with camper's name.
- Change of clothes, labeledwith camper's name.
- Towel
- Campers should attend in clothes meant for active, hands-on and sometimes messy play.
- We encourage you to apply sunscreen prior to coming to camp as campers may play outside for part of the day.
*If sending meals and snacks with your camper, *PLEASE* do not bring any foods containing nuts or nut butter. If you send in food that contains a nut alternative, like sun butter, please label it so that we know it does not contain nuts. - Masks are optional for all campers, staff, volunteers and guests.
HEALTH & SAFETY
- NWIAA |SC Arts + Agriculture Spring Break Camp will adhere to CDC guidelines for COVID-19 and will align our procedures with WCPSS practices and policies. We will keep our camp environments clean and encourage frequent handwashing of all students.
- Please include any medical or behavioral information about your camper during registration to ensure the best possible camp experience.
- We encourage you to apply sunscreen to campers before coming to camp.
- Masks are optional for all campers, staff, volunteers and guests.
Contagious Illnesses
- For the health and well-being of all, any camper or staff member with a contagious illness within three days of this program may not attend.
- Contagious illnesses include a cold, cough, sore throat, excessively runny/stuffy nose, fever, chills, conjunctivitis (pinkeye), diarrhea, vomiting.
- Students who have contracted lice **MUST* stay at home until treatment is completed.
- Students who show any sign of illness or fever during the day will need to be picked up immediately.
